Frequently Asked Questions

How do I save my progress?
Your game auto-saves to your browser's local storage after every meaningful action. To sync across devices, open the Cloud Save panel in the game and sign in with your email — you'll receive a 6-digit code. No password required. Once signed in, your save syncs automatically.
I lost my progress — what happened?
If you cleared your browser's cache or storage, local saves are removed. This is why we strongly recommend using Cloud Save — it protects your progress on our servers. If you had a cloud save, sign back in with your email to restore it. If you didn't have cloud save, unfortunately local progress is lost with cleared storage.
How do I sign in / create an account?
Open the Cloud Save panel inside the game from the main menu. Enter your email address and click "Send Code." Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and enter it in the game. That's it — your account is created and your save is synced. No passwords, no confirmation emails to click.
The game isn't loading. What should I try?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop, or pull down to refresh on mobile Safari). WizardRPG runs on Phaser 3 and loads fully in your browser — no plugins required. If the issue persists, try a different browser. Chrome and Firefox are best supported. Safari on iOS works well too.
How does the leaderboard score work?
Score = (Level × 200) + (Bosses Defeated × 500) + (Skills Unlocked × 100) + (Gold Earned ÷ 100). Scores are validated server-side against your cloud save — submitted values are capped at what your actual save shows to prevent inflation.
When is the Weekend Merchant available?
Wyrmek the Weekend Merchant appears every Friday through Sunday (UTC). The stock rotates each week — the same five items are available all weekend, then change. You can see the countdown timer on the merchant screen in-game when he's not available.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Open the Cloud Save panel in the game, go to Account Settings, and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers — cloud save, login history, leaderboard entry, and chat records. This action cannot be undone.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
The game has a built-in crash reporter that fires automatically on uncaught errors. For other bugs, email us at cupkategame.support@gmail.com with a description of what happened, what you were doing, and your browser/device. Screenshots are always helpful.
Is WizardRPG really free? Are there microtransactions?
Completely free. There are no microtransactions, no premium currency, no energy systems, and no pay-to-win mechanics. Everything in the game is earned through playing. The weekend merchant uses in-game gold, not real money. WizardRPG is a passion project, not a monetization vehicle.
